| LOUNGE The large family lounge has three magnificent picture windows to view the stunning views across the bay to St. Ives. |  |

| There is ample seating made up of 2 and 3 seater settees and single chairs. There is a large 40" colour television with Freeview, together with a DVD player. There is also a mini-hifi system - all you need for a fantastic holiday. |  |

| The French doors at the end of the lounge lead onto the decked terrace that has plenty of seating to enjoy those sunset BBQ's. |  |

| The enclosed decked area has its own picnic benches and this leads to the garden and swinging seat. |

| Take in the magnificent sea views over St. Ives Bay to St. Ives with our telescope - keeping an eye out for the dolphins that frequent the bay. |

| HALLWAY The large welcoming hallway with cloakroom has doors leading off to the lounge and to the dining room and stairs leading off to the first floor bedrooms. |

| DINING ROOM The Dining Room is accessed from the hallway. The spacious 30' Dining Room is complete with ample dining furniture, colour television and hi-fi. For the little one, a highchair is available on request (free of charge). |

| KITCHEN This is the large kitchen which consists of electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and feature centre island. Also just off the kitchen is a utility room that has an American fridge/freezer for that larger family. |

| BEDROOM 6 This is the large ground floor double bedroom with bedroom furniture, colour tv and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom comprises bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and wc. |

| There are three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and a family room that sleeps four with a double bed and 3ft bunk beds. |  |

| All the bedrooms are en-suite with either shower cubicle or bath with a shower over, basin and wc. |  |

| All the bedrooms have a flat screen colour television with Freeview and bedroom furniture consisting of double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and numerous colourful pictures for that personal homely touch. We have a travel cot available on request - again this is free of charge. |  |

| OUTSIDE There is a separate front garden and decked area overlooking the sea with unrivalled sea views. There is reserved parking for 4 cars with local pub and shops close by, the beach is just 100 yards away. |

| PLEASE NOTE This property is available for let during the months of July, August, Christmas and New Year only. All other times it is run by ourselves as a Bed and Breakfast Hotel. Prices are available on request. Penellen House has full central heating and all heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Sorry no pets and non-smoking property. Saturday changeover. Bookings can be made by telephoning Golds Properties on 01543 270784 N.B. Due to our policy of constant upgrading and improvement, some interiors may differ from those shown. Please note travel insurance is not included in the price. We do not provide travel insurance but would always recommend that have it. |
