Gulls Roost was totally refurbished in 2006. Gulls Roost is in an elevated position enjoying glorious sea views. It is approached by steps to take in the wonderful sea views.

GROUND FLOOR
LOUNGE
The lounge with stunning sea views, has settees and chairs. There is a colour television with DVD player and a telescope to take in the surfers and the glorious views.		 
 
KITCHEN
This is the kitchen with Integrated applicances - electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher with washer/dryer and microwave. The back door leads out onto a small courtyard. 		 
 
DINING ROOM
The dining room has a dining table and four chairs and incredible sea views. We have a high chair available on request, free of charge.		 
 
BATHROOM
Fully fitted with bath, seperate shower cubicle, W.C. and wash hand basin. 		 
 
FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM 1
The main bedroom has french doors leading to a new conservatory with conservatory furniture where you can enjoy uninterupted sea views

  
 
The main bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, portable television and DVD player. The conservatory can have a "put me up" bed available free of charge to suit a teenager.

The landing has a small separate upstairs toilet.

 

 
BEDROOM 2
This has 2 single beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and portable television / DVD.

A travel is cot available free of charge on request. 		 
 
OUTSIDE
With fabulous sea views and garden furniture and built in BBQ. 		 
 
Plenty of seating to just take in all the sea views.  
 
PLEASE NOTE
Oil fired central heating throughout. The price is inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. No extra charges.

PARKING
There is allocated parking for one vehicle.

Sorry, no pets. This is a non smoking property.

Sunday changeover.

Due to the steep climb with steps to the property, it may be unsuitable for the disabled/elderly.

Sea Spray and Gulls Roost are adjoining properties and ideal for two family bookings.

Available to be let throughout the year. Short breaks maybe available during the year, please enquire for details. Bookings can be made by telephoning Golds Properties on 01543 270784
