Dolphin is a single storey spacious 3 bedroomed semi-detatched bungalow adjoining Mermaid.

The entrance hall leads to the 24ft open plan lounge / kitchen / diner, which is fully furnished and enjoys views across Porthkidney Sands to St. Ives.

LOUNGE
The lounge has a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa complete with an armchair. There is a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player and there is a hi-fi. 		 
 
DINING AREA
The dining area has a large dining table and 6 chairs. There is a highchair available on request free of charge.		 
 
KITCHEN
This fully equiped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer, breakfast bar and all the appliances you would expect.

The large hallway incorporates the washing machine and tumble dryer.		  
 
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE BEEN
REFURBISHED FOR 2008

BEDROOM 1
This has a double bed and double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It is complimented with a colour tv and en-suite. The ensuite comprises of shower, basin and WC. There is a travel cot available on request at no extra charge.

This double bedroom has double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. It is completed with a colour tv and en-suite. The ensuite comprises of shower, basin and wc. 		 
 
BEDROOM 3
This is a twin bedded room with double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet Is is completed with colour tv and en-suite.

The ensuite comprises of shower, basin and WC. 		 
 
OUTSIDE
Outside there is a decked area with seating and private access to the coast path leading to the beach. There is reserved parking for 2 cars with local pub and shop close by, the beach is just 100 yards away. 		 
 
PLEASE NOTE
Dolphin has electric heating and all heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Sorry no pets and non-smoking property.
