BEACH VIEW HOUSE
Beach View House has incredible views across the beach and the bay towards St Ives, West Cornwall Golf Course & Porthkidney Beach. It has reserved parking for two vehicles, front garden and access to the coast path leading to the beach.

GROUND FLOOR
There is a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with fantastic views overlooking the sea. It cannot be stressed enough the magnificent views from this property.		 
 
LOUNGE
The lounge is fully equipped with a colour TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi and a settee and two arm chairs.

There are patio doors leading to a decked terrace with furniture and a separate front garden with a picnic bench to sit & enjoy the stunning views. The gate leads onto the coast path and on towards the beach.		 
 
DINING AREA
The dining area is equipped with ample dining furniture. There is a highchair available on request free of charge. 		 
 
KITCHEN
The kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The tumble dryer and washing machine are located in a separate laundry area. 		  Awaiting new image
 
BATHROOM
The ground floor bathroom comprises of a bath, toilet, basin and a separate shower cubicle. 		 
 
FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM 1
This is the double bedroom with sea views. It has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is also a colour TV.

SMALL CLOAKROOM
With W.C. and basin. 		 
 
As you can see the master bedroom has stunning views.  
 
BEDROOM 2
Twin bedded room, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is also a colour TV. 		 
 
OUTSIDE
There is a decked terrace with furniture to sit and take in the stunning views. There is reserved parking for 2 cars with local pubs and shops close by, the beach is just 100 yards away. 		 
 
PLEASE NOTE
Beach View House has Electric Central Heating, all electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. There are no extras.

Sorry no pets and non-smoking property.
